Miralax Papaya Banana Apple, Protein Powder Shake July 10 2011

Danny Parker sent me this recipe for the Miralax Papaya Banana Apple, Protein Powder Shake to get things "going south" for me. Jani went out and bought all the stuff and made it for me in the blender tonight. It really tasted pretty good! Waiting on the results ~~~~
Danny Parker's Recipe
Buy Miralax powder (over the counter) at the pharmacy. Add two cups of milk to blender with a banana. Core an apple and chop an apple to add too. Don't remove the skins as they are very important to you as the skins contain a high concentration of ursolic acid that increases the effectiveness of the Velca.  Add a few chunks of frozen papaya and protein powder (Danny likes Fruitein Banana-Orange-Crème Protein Powder from the health food store). Now a scoop of the Miralax powder. Blend and add a couple of ice cubes to make is a smoothie. You can also add blueberries or whatever your favorites, but the apples and papaya are helpful for the treatment itself.  Nice drink for breakfast. Tastes good and gets the pipes moving.
