2nd ASCT - Day 109 Hair Update - September 5 2012

I went bald for this 2nd Autologous Stem Cell Transplant on 29 Mar 2012. Here I am the day before I went bald the 2nd time when the big chunks of hair began falling out. The picture below represents as much hair growth that I got after my 1st ASCT on 13 Sept 2011 through 28 Mar 2012. Jani shaved what remained of my hair below on 28 Mar 2012. It feels good be bald! When your hair starts falling out in chunks, your scalp is quite tender which is relieved by shaving it off!

Below July 17 2012. I was pretty much bald until this time when tiny hairs started to poke through my scalp.

Below is August 12 2012. So, I didn't really have noticeable hair for 5 months after the preparation and administration of my 2nd Autologous Stem Cell Transplant. I don't think it was that long after my 1st ASCT, but I received a lot more alopecia (hair loss) drugs the second time than I did the first go around -  I'll have to go back and research that.

Below is 5 September 2012 with what Ken calls my "Dalmatian Hair" since it is spotted with different colors coming in.
