Walked this morning with Jani and the dogs. We went a tad further at 1.61 miles and I seemed to have good energy. The bones in my thorax still hurt, but not badly.

Walked 1.61 miles August 20 2011
I pretty much slept all day yesterday after our walk. I did manage to remember to flush my Trifusion Hickman Catheter with Heparin Flush which I need to do everyday. I took Claritin yesterday afternoon for the Neuopogen bone discomfort - I think it helped. Still retaining fluid and I'm puffy all over.
